Alliance Fellows share one primary characteristic, they are interested in facing up to current and emerging business challenges.

The Alliance enables fellows to collaborate with business leaders, to examine business challenges and explore exciting business possibilities. But the Alliance is not just about ideas. Alliance Experience Leaders bring the process and technical know-how to ensure the member experience in our programs are immersive and meaningful.
Alliance Experience Leaders are the quaint essential adapter. Whether the issue is a new idea or new technology, experience leaders are adept at putting the innovative quality into action. The Alliance uses these skills in two critical ways. First, Experience Leaders are involved in program development at the ground floor. Second, they facilitate and coach members during the programs.
The Alliance is committed guiding member through a process that enables them to learning how to turn business challenges into new opportunities and new possibilities to create and deliver value to customers. We call this implicit learning, the process where one gains insights into new business dynamics and innovation, takes and fresh look at the business implications and devise actionable strategies.
To this end, the Alliance employs learning models that systematically enables each individual to take ownership of new concepts and uniquely apply them to their organization and customers. Our underlying model also harnesses the benefits that come from collaboration and collective intelligence.
